Follow up activity was done in Pissouri, end of January 2023 in the yearly meeting of our members and formally beggining of our year. In the activity there were more than 30 members of our NGO and also representatives of Local Authorities from Pissouri Council . The activity was done at 28 of January 2024.
Trainers, participants and the president of the organisation speak about the experience in the project GET OUT and there was a big discussion among the youthworkers and other participants from the community about the different situations of this Gap among the countries.

The project, held in Area of Klodzko, Poland with participants from Poland, Cyprus, Slovenia, Romania, Portugal, Malta, Bulgaria, Greece and Hungary aimed at personal and professional growth. From the outset, the project challenged me to step beyond familiar boundaries. Embracing discomfort, I discovered new perspectives, fostering personal growth. The organization's seamless execution enhanced the overall experience. The collaborative spirit was a highlight, facilitating meaningful cross-cultural connections. Interacting with participants from different backgrounds enriched the learning process. Engaging activities prompted self-reflection, making the project a catalyst for holistic development. As the project concluded, gratitude filled me for the organizers and fellow participants. This Erasmus+ experience not only widened my horizons but also reinforced the significance of pushing boundaries for unparalleled growth. Being part of the Erasmus + Project - "Get out of your comfort zone" was a life-changing experience. Interacting with 36 individuals from nine different countries created a dynamic and diverse learning environment. We covered topics such as fixed and growth mindsets, purpose-setting, leadership, entrepreneurship, fear and trust dynamics, active listening, embracing mistakes and failures, and fostering improvisation and creativity.The holistic approach to personal and professional development was one of the reasons the project was successful. The focus on leadership skills, intentional living, and mentality changes gave us useful tools to address challenges on both the personal and professional domains.Viewing mistakes, risks and failures as inevitable and essential component of our personal growth, installed in us an optimistic outlook when facing challenges. By using improvisation and creativity, we were encouraged to think outside the box.Additionally, the project's multicultural component improved the overall experience by encouraging global thinking and intercultural understanding. Because of the collaborative character of the learning environment, we felt united and made lifelong ties.To sum up, the Erasmus Plus Project was a life-changing experience that gave us a wide range of skills and changed our perspective. Reflecting on the Erasmus Training Course in Boleslawow, Poland, titled "Get out of your comfort zone," I find myself in an overwhelming position with, happiness, fulfillment, achievement feelings and gratefulness gratitude for the impact it has had on my personal and professional growth. The project was extremely well organised and contacted providing a vast volume of education, emotions and fun amongst the 36 participants from 9 different countries. The practice of stepping out of our comfort zones was skillfully done by challenging us to embrace discomfort, break boundaries and overcome fears through various activities. From self assessment job and exercises to fully group oriented acrivities the programme covered in all aspects its goals, leading individuals and groups to the limits, pushing them.to creativity, positive thinking, solidarity and leadership, entrepreneurship and friendship building.
The intercultural nights was definitely the highlight of the course, showcasing learning, culture and history understanding, traditions and myths explained of every other nation. The workshops and activities, ranging from leadership explorations to active listening exercises, provided invaluable opportunities for self-reflection and understanding others within the group. The project's design successfully created a conducive environment for learning, enabling each participant to delve into unexplored facets of themselves and their peers. The venue, was highly rated from all of us offering a relaxed and welcoming environment. A big thank you and gratitude to everyone involved in setting up this program. In conclusion, I am really grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this extremely interesting program. This Erasmus project not only broadened my educational horizons but also extended my professional portfolio.
