NGO Young Generation in Action, Bulgaria
To make the project visible our organization will use three different sources:
Online through social networks where we have over 20 000 followers in Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok. Thus, we'll reach young people who haven't heard about the program and they can easily engage with our publications. Additionally, by sharing the participant's experience, we'll be able to convey the message of each one's story and so inspire other youth to follow the example.
Via email we will reach our partners and spread the results we achieved in our team and deliver them some good practical advice on the topic.
Finally, we will hold an event or a practical workshop in order to present what the participants learned in the activities. In one of our weekly events we will let the participants prepare a quick presentation material and an activity to share with their peers and our members, which can be put to practice in our daily lives.
Following these three lines of dissemination, we aim to approach as many young people who don't know much about the program or still haven't been on a Erasmus+ mobility as possible.
In the selection of participants prior to mobility, we will describe them the dissemination plan and they will have the freedom of choice. One can take pictures or make a video of the experience, another can prepare a presentation and an activity suitable for a live event and a practical workshop. One of our members will surely be a participant in the mobility, so as to make sure he can assist and help with any questions on the way.
We have three social media profiles so far –

- Instagram: https://www.facebook.com/mladotopokolenievdeistvie

Follow Up Activity
The event our participants will be invited to create and host after the end of the project in Bulgaria, will be related to sharing the intercultural experience as well as the obtained knowledge over the topic and environmental practices they gained in the exchange. The follow-up activity, as we have done it before, takes 3 hours and is consisted of three parts:
- Introduction (Who, What, When, Why, How);
- Activity part (The participants pick and share with the guests one activity they liked best from the project and follow the non-formal learning method, they also present the outcomes of the project individually);
- Reflection and Closing (In this part we help the participants get back to the room and take last thoughts and questions on the table)
For this activity we will estimate a budget according to:
- The rent we have to pay for the working venue;
- The materials we will need;
- The food and water that will be provided to the guests and participants.
For this activity, we will collaborate with working premises (like shared co-working spaces and halls to host the event), local stakeholders who will join as guests to see the results presented, local and national supporters who'd like to meet our team as well as learn more about the Erasmus+ program.
