I want to emphasize that by participating in the program get out of your comfort zone, I had the opportunity to learn many interesting things and gain additional knowledge. The first day was literally full of activities, trying to get to know the other participants as well as planning a program based on which we will move. During the second day, the goal was to get to know each other, but also through the exercises to get to know each other. The discussion was about the importance of diversity and development in the life of organizations and the positive and negative effects of leaving our comfort zone. We also practiced mindfulness in creative ways such as pair exercises and self-reflection. The discussion about fixed or Growth Mindset it was an essential and effective discussion. On the third day we visited Wroclaw and combined fun with exploring the city. On the fourth day we learned about active listening and how important it is to listen and the importance of respect. On the fifth day we dealt with the activity of the strong chair, we drew in circles and we were all creative writing our stories and becoming actors. The last day of the program was mainly focused on recaps of the work an we got both the evaluation and the youth pass ceremony. At the end of the evenings we had intercultural evenings with food drink and dance presentations.

The program ''Get out of your comfort zone'' was excellent. The first day was full of activities, to get to know each other, to share our fears, our expectations and our contribution to this program and we also set our rules. Furthermore, we learned lots of new words in different languages. The second day focused on getting to know ourselves better, but through the exercises we got to know not only ourselves, but also each other. We discussed the importance of diversity and development in the life of organisations, and then the possible positive and negative effects of stepping out of our comfort zone. We practised Leadership and Mindset through creative ways, like pair exercises and self-reflection. The debate on Fixed or Growth Mindset sparked a meaningful discussion. We closed the training with trust game. The third day, we had our trip to Wroclaw, and we had fun by exploring the city. The fourth day, we learnt about active listening and how important it is to listen and how important respect is. Moreover, we searched for some important famous people in the society. At day five, we had the activity with the powerful chair, we painted in some circles, we were all so creative, and we wrote our stories and of course we become actors and actresses. Last day of the program, we created some recaps of the project, and we got the evaluation and the youth pass ceremony. At nights, we had 'Intercultural nights' with presentations, food, drinks, and dancing.

Embarking on the "Get Out of Your Comfort Zone" program was an enriching and transformative experience. From the start, we were welcomed into a supportive environment that encouraged personal growth and self-discovery. Day one delved into self-exploration through icebreakers and introspective exercises, fostering a sense of camaraderie and trust. We shared our hopes, fears, and expectations, laying the foundation for a meaningful journey. Day two challenged us to embrace our unique identities and leadership potential. Interactive activities encouraged stepping outside our comfort zones and embracing new perspectives. We debated the merits of fixed vs. growth mindsets, sparking discussions about personal development and overcoming challenges. Day three took us on an exciting excursion to the vibrant city of Wroclaw, where we explored its rich history, cuisine, and culture. This immersion in diversity broadened our horizons and enriched our connections. Active listening was the focus on day four. We learned to engage in mindful conversations, demonstrating empathy and respect for others' perspectives. We also examined the lives of influential individuals who have made significant contributions to society, inspiring us to pursue our own goals. Day five was a day of creativity and self-expression. Collaborative storytelling, Painting and acting allowed us to share our personal stories, showcase our inner thoughts, and bring our narratives to life. This exercise reminded us of the power of imagination and the importance of authenticity.
The final day was dedicated to reflection and closure. We created recaps of our learnings and experiences, reflecting on the personal and professional growth we had achieved. We participated in an evaluation session, providing feedback on the program and its impact on our lives. To commemorate our journey, we received Youth Passes, symbolizing our commitment to personal and professional development. Throughout the program, we were treated to "Intercultural Nights," vibrant gatherings filled with presentations, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lively dancing. These nights allowed us to connect with our peers from different cultures, fostering cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
The
"Get Out of Your Comfort Zone" program was more than just a series of
activities; it was a transformative experience that challenged us to step
outside our comfort zones, embrace personal growth, and connect with others
from diverse backgrounds. It instilled in us the confidence to pursue our
