2nd Follow Up Activity
The second follow upactivity was done in Iasi at 17th of March with more than 15 youthworkers and volunteers of NGO HESSA. During the follow-up activity, we had the opportunity to present an Erasmus+ project to a group of 30 individuals. The project's theme revolved around the idea of getting out of your comfort zone. In the presentation, I emphasized the importance of stepping outside of our comfort zones in order to grow and develop as individuals. I highlighted the different aspects of the project, including activities that challenged participants to take on new experiences and face their fears. One of the main focuses of the presentation was to encourage individuals to embrace the unknown and seek opportunities for personal growth. I shared personal stories and experiences from the project, explaining how stepping out of my own comfort zone had positively impacted my life.
Throughout the presentation, I provided examples of activities that were implemented in the project, such as team-building exercises, cultural exchange events, and workshops aimed at enhancing personal skills and abilities. I highlighted the transformative power of these activities and how they helped participants overcome their limitations and expand their horizons. In conclusion, the follow-up activity allowed me to share my experiences and insights from the Erasmus+ project. The presentation highlighted the significance of embracing challenges and seeking personal growth. It served as a platform for inspiring others to step outside of their own comfort zones and explore new possibilities.

Evaluations from participants
Participants from Romania wrote a coherent evaluation after a discussion between them, something that characterized all of them as follows:
We participated in an Erasmus+ project in Poland that focused on the theme of "get out of your comfort zone ." The project aimed to help individuals break free from their comfort zones and embrace new challenges and experiences. Throughout the project, there were several activities that we particularly enjoyed, such as the personalization of a chair and engaging in debates.
One of the highlights was the personalized chair activity, where each group was given a chair to decorate and make uniquely their own. This activity allowed us to express our creativity and individuality while also symbolizing the transformation and growth that can occur when we step outside of our comfort zones. Another memorable activity were the debates that we engaged in during the project. These debates provided an opportunity for us to express our opinions, refine our communication skills, and challenge our own beliefs. It was enriching to hear different perspectives and engage in lively discussions with people from various backgrounds.

Participating in this project allowed us to meet many new friends from different countries who were also passionate about personal growth and self-development. Through our shared experiences, we formed strong connections and created lifelong memories. The exchange of cultural knowledge and ideas was truly inspiring and broadened our understanding of the world. As a result of this Erasmus+ project, we experienced significant personal growth. Stepping out of our comfort zone and embracing new challenges helped us discover our strengths, overcome our fears, and develop resilience. The project provided a supportive and nurturing environment that encouraged us to take risks and explore unfamiliar territories
