Training

Our project places a strong emphasis on developing self-awareness and creative approaches to develop ourselves. This project involves an endeavor to fulfill the following goals:

1. Assess the prism through which we perceive ourselves.

2. Recognize our own advantages and disadvantages.

3. Check to see if our perception of ourselves is accurate.

4. Consider the elements that affect our understanding of ourselves, such as our imperfect understanding of HR.

5. Promote awareness of human rights (HR), prejudice, and exploitation.

6. Learn techniques for greater self-awareness.

7. Promote "out of the box" thinking.

8. Come up with creative self-improvement ideas.

9. Advance the notion of residing in a just and forward-thinking world.

Researchers found that just a small portion of people have adequate self-knowledge, while one-third of people actively recognize their talents. In addition, 4/10 respondents in surveys by "Ipsos Global Advisor" in 28 countries in 2018 admitted they knew almost nothing about human resources, while 72% of global citizens believed that HR was crucial to building a more equitable system. Additionally, HR is broken since two-thirds of respondents claim that certain people take unfair advantage of them. In addition, 26% of people worldwide emphasize the need for freedom from discrimination, which shows that it is a significant social issue. Additionally, 84% of executives believed innovation to be extremely important to their future success, according to "The Accenture 2015 US Innovation Survey." We highlight the following: People frequently lack self-awareness. Discrimination is a significant social issue. Since they reside in regions where human resources are almost nonexistent, many people experience personal vulnerability. It is necessary to deal with the repercussions of ignorance or HR deprivation.

In our program we seek to improve our self-awareness while promoting the necessity of HR awareness and overcoming the causes that degrade our self-understanding. Additionally, we want to be as inventive as we can while also learning more about our strengths. In addition, we hope to use our abilities to combat social issues like discrimination and social marginalization brought on by ignorance about and disregard for our HR. Through improving ourselves, we also hope to reduce unfairness and HR violations, strengthen our bonds with one another and advance creative ideas for the benefit of everyone.

In an effort to support the aforementioned, this project includes unique activities that give participants the chance to work together and share creative ideas on how to learn more about ourselves, how to improve, and how self-improvement can help us interact with other people and ideas more effectively. The participants will also have the chance to share their own thoughts on how HR knowledge and adherence can lead to improved self-awareness and the abolition of prejudice. Finally, the group will have a chance to discuss how to live in a more cutting-edge world. These concepts can eventually be developed into practical plans of action that can be carried out by starting new initiatives or holding pertinent conferences abroad. These activities will enhance the participants' capacity for self-improvement, as well as their need for creativity, HR awareness, and the ability to combat discrimination.

Democratic communication will also be encouraged during the training through the touchy subject of the need for HR awareness as well as through discussions regarding discrimination issues, group work, and role-playing exercises. Participants' engagement, communication, and cooperation will increase understanding of the extent of discrimination in many nations and debates on how to stop it. Finally, it will be emphasized that through improving oneself, everyone can develop ideas freely and without restriction, which can result in a modern world.

In conclusion, "GET OUT" places a strong emphasis on HR, innovation, and self-improvement. Self-awareness, in Billie Jean King's opinion, is the key to being a champion. Through this project, we hope to draw attention to the necessity of knowing oneself, identify and "block" aspects like HR intrusion that limit self-awareness and become more innovative. We may determine what we need to do to get there by visualizing the person we want to be.To "unlock" our goals, we must change the way we think. By encouraging pertinent activities during this training and by training the participants who will then train and educate young people in their countries, novelty will reduce discrimination and will increase self-development and cooperation between youth in the EU. It is hoped that this project will contribute, even a little bit, to the participants' further attempts. Anything worthwhile demands work and time for outcomes that are rewarding. Many things, but most importantly ourselves, will determine our future.
